  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewelry and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for another design or size, please mention it during your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
